Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • The Loan Operations Administrator at Northfield Savings performs all duties related to verifying the accuracy of consumer, home equity, and mortgage loan setups.
  • This position is responsible for monitoring various reports and taking appropriate action to process disbursements and payments, follow-up on outstanding documents, and complete the loan payoff process.
  • The successful candidate will have a excellent written and verbal communication skills and be detail oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  One to two years of banking experience is preferred.
