Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC is seeking to fill the position of Legal Administrative Assistant in our Brattleboro, Vermont office in our Business Law, Energy & Telecommunications and Litigation Practice Groups. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication, writing, and editing skills (especially proofreading) and be able to work collaboratively with our legal staff, paralegals and attorneys with a professional demeanor. An ability to prioritize projects, meet time sensitive deadlines and multi-task while working in a fast paced environment are essential qualities for the qualified candidate that joins our team. A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in either a law firm or corporate setting (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 along with the ability to learn new software quickly and work with complex electronic documents is required.
