Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC is seeking to fill the position of Legal Administrative Assistant/Clerk in our Burlington, Vermont office. The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication, writing, and editing skills (especially proofreading) and be able to work collaboratively with staff, paralegals and attorneys with a professional demeanor. A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and experience in a law firm or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 along with the ability to learn new software quickly and work with complex electronic documents is required. While we are primarily seeking candidates that possess these qualifications, we are committed to providing the training necessary for the right candidate with professional services experience to be a successful addition to our team.
