As an IT Support Specialist at OnLogic, you will be helping to maintain and protect our IT infrastructure in a rapidly expanding global industrial PC company. You will use your creative problem solving skills to come up with quick solutions to address everyday end user problems, reduce company downtime and improve its cyber-security.
On an average day, you’ll…
- Support our company’s global network infrastructure
- Support our company’s global servers and applications
- Assist to maintain our company’s Cloud services
- Support our company’s global Voice over IP service
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users
- Maintain end user workstations, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Monitor events and incidents to ensure security and performance

Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
- You have a solid knowledge of network management
- You have a solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Operating Systems & core applications
- You have a solid knowledge of cyber-security principles
- You have experience with cloud collaboration tools like Google WorkSpace
- You may have Google Cloud Platform / AWS / Azure / Voice over IP experience, it’s a plus!
