  • Good understanding of networking concepts
  • Firewall/UTM administration
  • Window Server Operating Systems
  • Current Windows operating Systems
  • Mac operating systems
  • Antivirus software
  • Active Directory, user management
  • Office 365 Management and Support
  • VOIP configuration and support
  • Mobile device management
