Your Team, Your Impact

This role is will analyze and implement operational and security improvements in the identity and access management space, including onboarding, offboarding, Active Directory Domain Services, Entra ID, and other identity/access systems.

What You Can Expect

  • Administer and manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and related Identity and Access Management (IAM) services to ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the security team to develop and enforce identity and access management (IAM) policies.
  • Lead the strategic planning and implementation of complex IAM solutions, including multi-factor authentication and identity provider (IDP) resiliency.
  • Conduct user access reviews and privilege audits to comply with security governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their IAM needs and facilitate the fulfillment of these requirements.
  • Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and refine IAM automation processes using scripting languages to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze system logs and reports to identify potential security risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development of security awareness and best practices training programs for users.
  • Assist with the management of the internal PKI environment and lifecycle management of digital certificates.
  • Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive IAM solutions that align with business objectives and IT security standards.
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of IAM systems, including Active Directory, across various environments.
  • Develop policies for identity lifecycle management, access management, and directory services.
  • Conduct advanced IAM analytics for predictive threat modeling and risk assessment.
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, and resources for IAM-related projects.
  • Maintain responsibility for highly privileged access controls and the provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts across systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
  • Extensive experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective IAM tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards like GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, etc.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Experience with directory services such as Active Directory, Entra ID and LDAP.
  • Ability to design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) systems.
  • Experience with PKI, digital certificates, and code signing.
  • Skilled in automating IAM tasks using orchestration tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 access and subscription management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 tools and services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders and team members.
  • Experience in project management, change management, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to staying current with industry trends and security best practices.
