Posting Summary
Lead project and operations management for University Marketing undergraduate and graduate initiatives. Administer marketing production, tactics, and associated timelines. Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement outreach initiatives in support of program marketing plans. Attend planning meetings; collaborate on ideation and brainstorming; network and gather data; and generate reports. Lead day-to-day vendor relationships and associated production. Project manage all aspects of prospective student marketing campaign and project creation including: paid digital media campaigns, email marketing campaign development, print collateral, and marketing events. Facilitate pre-and post-marketing data collection and analysis to effectively meet deadlines. Create, maintain and distribute report details of projects and progress.. Recruit and coordinate student advocates in support of program marketing.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5+ years’ related experience required or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Effective writing and editing skills and ability to evaluate and coordinate vendors to match project needs.Effective analytic, interpersonal and communications skills; knowledge of marketing theory and experience in marketing planning & implementation. Computer proficiency with email, project management and other office software, budgeting experience; and ability to work within a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience using Slate, SalesForce and HubSpot. Experience managing creative, paid search, paid social media, and programmatic marketing vendors.
