Job Responsibilities & Requirements

  • The Helpdesk Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and responding quickly to resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and IT Help Desk ticketing system.
  • We are looking for someone who is highly organized with a proven ability to efficiently handle detail with accuracy.
  • The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required.
  • Two years of experience with an IT support environment is required.
