The Opportunity

Govt Services

Develop and establish deep cooperative relationships with key customer technical contacts and drive timely and effective resolution to issues

  • Engage with customer system architects and key decision makers to understand their needs and collaborate with Marvell business solutions, sales, and technical teams to create compelling solutions
  • Align with key influencers and Marvell and customer technical staff to promote Marvell GS roadmap and coordinate technical training
  • Be an in-house technical expert on a broad range of technical and engineering matters, and proactively identify and leverage outside technical expertise when required
  • Collaborate with senior Marvell GS team members to ensure our strategic roadmap is competitive and aligned to customer needs
  • Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and clearly articulate Marvell technical differentiation and value proposition
  • Partner with third party ecosystem partners to resolve technical issues and develop innovative custom solutions
  • Contribute to customer relationship management body of knowledge
  • Minimum 5+ years of technical experience in ASIC design and test at leading edge (12nm and smaller) design nodes
  • Experience with EDA tools and design techniques used in tailoring ASIC design to different customer applications (i.e. emphasis on low power vs. high performance applications, rad hard design techniques, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships and to leverage those relationships to win new business
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively relate materials to key influencers in multiple groups on the phone, over email, and in person
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate value proposition to the industry through publication of white papers, application notes, and technical publications
  • Constant curiosity with a desire to jump at the chance to solve hard problems
  • Self-motivation and the ability to independently execute and prioritize workloads
  • Team player with a “can do” attitude who does not hesitate to reach across business segments and partner with third parties
  • Willingness to travel periodically to attend key events or customer visits
  • Must have or be able to attain U.S. DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with aerospace and defense industry applications
  • Ability to work with U.S. Government and military domains
  • Experience with AI/Machine Learning, 5G, automotive, or secure ASIC applications

Education Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in applications engineering, development, or system level design and architecture
  • ·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
