Data Innovations is looking for a Federal Account Manager.

Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Work with Federal Account Executive(s) to ensure quotes are timely, accurate and in compliance with department processes
• Work with existing Government accounts and sales ranging from simple to complex

• Maintain accurate sales records and Government customer data in SalesForce
• Resolve order errors and inaccuracies by collaborating across functional areas
• Assess application of Data Innovations products/services and offer appropriate solutions to existing Government customers
• Work collaboratively with Federal Account Executive(s) to incorporate growth strategies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 7+ years of experience in a consultative selling role to the Government
• 5+ years experience selling software as a service, middleware, mobile applications or similar technology solutions to the Government
• Demonstrated ability to foster long term relationships

• Experience with Government funding types and Regulatory Compliance

• Ability to prioritize and organize requests from multiple Government entities
• Understanding of Government clinical laboratory operations and associated workflows

• Ability to follow DI’s policies and procedures and system usage practices
• Must comply with Company vaccination policy

• Travel with a minimum of 25%

Education

Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of education and 7+ years relevant working experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of the job the employee is predominately working at customer locations, with the remainder of the time working from a home-based office.

Preferred skills and experience:

In addition to the above requirements, the ideal employee/candidate will have experience with the following:

• Previous experience with Data Innovations’ products and services
• Experience with Salesforce
• Previous military experience
