Are you energized by wearing many hats and keeping things operating smoothly? OnLogic is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant. In this role you will be supporting the Executive Chair and CEO in their day-to-day functions, and proactively take care of administrative tasks for the executive team. You’ll also manage projects, coordinate resources, identify and follow up on action items, and communicate progress.
On an average day, you’ll…
- Manage executives calendars, including scheduling meetings and events
- Draft, review and send emails on behalf of company executives
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering information and attending to logistics of meetings
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate information to the executive
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for company executives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable relevant experience
- 5+ years supporting C-Suite team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an executive assistant role at a rapidly scaling organization
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
