The Enterprise Account Director reports to the Vice President of Sales and is responsible to support and execute an Enterprise account management program for our largest customers with a critical focus to best support, optimize and grow our most strategic customer relationships. In this role, the Enterprise Account Director will collaborate with Sales, Operations & Marketing stakeholders to ensure that we successfully retain and grow our largest Enterprise customers. The Enterprise Account Director operates at a strategic level while also executing in the trenches. The ideal candidate will deeply care about solving customers needs with passion, drive and class and operate with a level of integrity that allows us to shine with our Enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Own the relationship with client key stakeholders

Understand and create a Customer Strategy map defining the different stakeholders within an Enterprise client and their goals and KPI’s for the program

Create strong cross-functional relationships across the organization to maximize our impact within an account

Conduct on-site meetings that map out partnership strategy, growth opportunities and program/ account health status such as annual planning and quarterly business reviews

Set a regular cadence for contact and meetings that proactively and strategically advises and engages the Enterprise client

Once objectives, KPI’s and goals are set track progress by monitoring performance, measuring and reporting back to client and internally to ensure success

Design an Enterprise program C.O.D.E *create once deploy everywhere* that still considers the nuances of the customers vertical specific needs while taking into consideration what Mamava is capable of delivering on now and in the future

Establish requirements with internal and external stakeholders, manage program schedules, identify risks and associated mitigation plans and clearly communicate to all program stakeholders internally and externally.

Act as a champion for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Create and maintain project management strategy, tools, and documentation for Enterprise customers

Manage reporting and analytics in order to regularly report on account key performance indicators (KPI’s), providing monthly, quarterly and annual metrics.

Utilize customer’s tools and systems as needed
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S) or equivalent combined education and experience.

A minimum of 10+ years of proven Strategic Account management

Working knowledge of Apple Tools (Keynote, Pages) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and employ complex solution selling techniques.
