As a full-time member of the Engineering Team at OnLogic in our South Burlington, Vermont location, you will support a variety of activities including, but not limited to, the creation and validation of custom images and BIOSes for customers. You will also assist ongoing engineering efforts related to existing products and new product introductions.

On an average day, you’ll…

  • Coordinate with the Technical Support team to receive systems from customers which need images captured.
  • Communicate with our vendors to request modifications to BIOSes.
  • Work with our Test Automation team to improve functionality or troubleshoot issues with our internal software provisioning tools.
  • Put your working knowledge of computers, computer components, and operating systems (primarily Windows and Ubuntu) to work.
  • Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
  • Assist the engineering team with fitment and compatibility checks in support of portfolio products and custom configurations for specific customers.
  • Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
  • Help execute portions of the New Product Introduction process within Engineering.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to:
