Resonant Link envisions a world with untethered batteries to electrify the future of work, logistics, transportation, and patient care, enabling a healthier, more sustainable future. Our innovative, world-class team focuses on transforming wireless charging to:

  1. Power fleets while they work: integrating our fast, wireless chargers into the stops that already exist during fleet operation (think pick stations for robots or loading docks for forklifts).
  2. Eliminate drivelines and battery replacement surgeries, for patients, forever: integrating our fast, efficient, and tiny wireless chargers into active, implantable medical devices like neurostimulators, pumps, and pacemakers.

As our first Marketing hire at Resonant Link, you will be responsible for building and executing our product marketing team, strategy, positioning, and brand from the ground up. You will own the Marketing roadmap and organization for our best-in-class wireless chargers and will drive sales leads and opportunities while building Resonant Link into the industry leader in mission-critical power across our core verticals.

On an average day, you’ll…

  • Lead our growing Marketing organization as a player-coach, including through roadmap planning & definition, hiring, and scope definition.
  • Jump into executing immediate Marketing activities, including audience definition and segmentation, developing partnerships, positioning & messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Collaborate with our amazing Sales, Product, & Engineering teams to understand market and product feedback, and use this feedback to inform Marketing direction and planning.
  • Measure and iterate on previous and ongoing campaigns, including a strong commitment to sales enablement as the core metric for your team.
  • Work directly with the Leadership Team and CEO to develop and define Marketing strategy team as a key pillar of our go-to-market efforts across all of Resonant Link’s core verticals.

Requirements

  • You are excited about building a Marketing strategy, roadmap, and organization from the ground-up at a fast-growing startup that plays in multiple market verticals and value chains.
  • You are an outcome-oriented marketing strategist with a commitment to measuring performance, and are excited by a focus on revenue and sales generation as the key metric for Marketing performance, both short-term and long-term.
  • You are a cross-functional collaborator with the ability to refine brand & content strategy based on based on team experience, user engagement, and conversion insights. You love partnering with Sales and Product teams to inform & craft your Marketing strategy.
  • You have previously built a strong B2B brand that is trusted by global businesses, with a preference for a Product-based organization and marketing strategy.
  • Must have up-to-date vaccinations for COVID-19 and use a mask when visiting on-site or attending company-sponsored events (mask requirement subject to change as the COVID-19 pandemic evolves)

Nice-to-have:

  1. You have a deep knowledge of modern marketing operations and the associated technical stack, and can quickly build automated systems and efficiently manage customer conversions.
  2. You have a growth and data-driven mindset to be constantly measuring, iterating, and testing on Marketing performance, including implementing testing methodologies to improve conversion rates (content, templates, landing pages, offers, and beyond) and optimize campaign performance.
  3. You have the demonstrated ability to attract, hire, develop, and retain a team of Marketing experts, with a focus on industry-leading innovation and best practices.
