Our software is used by thousands of hospital departments around the world to automatically generate the most optimized physician work schedules to accommodate complex business rules and accurately schedule the appropriate medical provider based on their skill level, specialty, availability, and preferences.

The Customer Success Consultant role begins with a hands on training period that will expose you to all aspects of the QGenda software, customer community, and every aspect of the implementation team. As a Customer Success Consultant you will work with others to provide dynamic customer solutions and new client implementation strategies. The perfect candidate will be comfortable with facilitating daily technical training and support of our proprietary healthcare workforce management application to new and existing clients. Excellent communication skills, patience, and an upbeat personality are required.


Fluent in English, US Citizen, & Excellent communication skills
Able to learn, design, and implement customer requirements
An upbeat & patient personality
Ability to explain a concept in multiple ways
Enjoys analytical problem solving
