As a member of the Sales Team at OnLogic, you use your critical listening and problem solving skills to provide an exceptional customer experience for our global industrial PC customers. You are an entrepreneurial problem solver looking to make an impact on the bottom line and thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment. Your dynamic communication skills will help OnLogic meet the demands and needs of the rapidly expanding embedded computer market. You will be working closely with our varied customer base, focused on helping customers overcome challenges and support numerous aspects of the sales process as an integral part of our sales team.

On an average day, you’ll…

  • Manage and respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email and website chat.
  • Generate quotes and prove product recommendations
  • Investigate and communicate lead times
  • Assist customers with processing orders through the online website and via customer Purchase Orders.
  • Answer general questions from customers and escalate sales leads when appropriate.
  • Edit and cancel orders.
  • Upload data to ERP/CRM platform and generate reports for various stakeholders within the sales department.

Requirements

You have a Bachelor’s degree, or prior sales or customer service experience, or have worked in a technical environment.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a professional and upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistent and persuasive without being aggressive.
  • Experience with computers or customer support in a highly technical field is a plus.
