As a Transaction Manager at Dealer.com, you will:
- Provide top-tier account management support for a wide audience of car sellers and car buyers
- Onboard sellers & buyers
- Manage listings – ensuring listings meet the company’s stringent safety criteria
- Collaborate with team members to drive customer success in closing deals
- Advise accordingly on purchase options from cash to partner-financing
- Act as a liaison for active deals ensuring all aspects work in favor for both seller & buyers
- Shifts range between 6a-6p PST and includes a Saturday or Sunday (greatest need right now is 9:30a-6p PST)
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years’ experience in a related field
- Strong computer proficiency required with Mac O/S
- Requires strong knowledge of G Suite, calendar, sheets, docs, drive, meets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 1-2 years of Operational Support experience – ideally in a tech driven environment
- CRM experience
- Strong familiarity with car brands / models a plus
- Great multi-tasker with strong follow through
