The Opportunity

Marvell’s ASIC Business Unit develops cutting-edge custom semiconductor solutions in the most advanced technologies. Our focus is on solving the most difficult design problems in the areas of AI, wired and wireless communications, and other infrastructure applications. The ASIC BU is looking for an early career technical project manager to work on various product development efforts in leading-edge technologies.


Job Responsibilities:

The Custom Silicon Project Manager within the ASIC Business Unit will work with more-experienced team members to provide end-to-end ownership of customer-driven ASIC solutions. They will work on the most complex, advanced projects in the industry and work with the largest players in the technology world.


This is a high-visibility role and regular interaction with senior executives and technical leaders – both internal to Marvell and with customers – should be expected. In addition, the Project Manager will serve as the “Customer Champion” within Marvell to drive key needs and resolve issues. A strong collaborative mindset and a willingness to tackle any problem will be a tremendous asset for the ideal candidate. This is an early in career opportunity, recent grads are welcome to apply!


  • Development and management of program plans and schedules
  • Coordination across Marvell internal stakeholders to drive program execution
  • Ownership of internal and external communication at both technical and executive levels
  • Owner development and implementation of innovative solutions for our customers



Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or related fields and at least 1-3 years of related professional experience. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business Management, Project Management or related fields with no professional experience.


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
