Marvell’s ASIC Business Unit develops cutting-edge custom semiconductor solutions in the most advanced technologies. Our focus is on solving the most difficult design problems in the areas of AI, wired and wireless communications, and other infrastructure applications. The ASIC BU is looking for an experienced technical program manager to lead various product development efforts in leading-edge technologies.


Job Responsibilities:


The Custom Silicon Program Manager within the ASIC BU will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of customer-driven ASIC solutions. They lead the most complex, advanced projects in the industry and work with the largest players in the technology world. This is a high-visibility role and regular interaction with senior executives and technical leaders – both internal to Marvell and with customers – should be expected. In addition, the Project Manager is a leader within the broader Marvell team, serving as the “Customer Champion” within Marvell to drive key needs and resolve issues. A strong collaborative mindset and a willingness to tackle any problem will be a tremendous asset for any candidate.


  • Development and management of program plans and schedules
  • Coordination across Marvell internal stakeholders to drive program execution
  • Ownership of internal and external communication at both technical and executive levels
  • Business ownership (P&L) of programs during development


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 5+ years of related professional experience. Master’s degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in the semiconductor industry
  • 2+ years experience with Program Management in the semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with customer communication, especially around issue management
  • Team leadership or previous management experience
