Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- The Corporate Secretary’s primary duties are to provide daily administrative support to the President & CEO, Board of Directors, and Management Council.
- We are looking for a highly organized individual who enjoys coordinating and preparing for corporate related meetings, can handle detail with accuracy, is proficient with technology, and preserves confidentiality.
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent is required.
