Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC – one of New England’s largest law firms – has a challenging opportunity for an experienced corporate/commercial paralegal in either its Burlington, VT or St. Johnsbury, VT office.

We’re seeking a paralegal with at least five years of experience supporting attorneys in business transactions, including business formations, corporate approvals, closing logistics (including document management, electronic signature management and data room creation and management).

The successful candidate will thrive in a team environment, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and enjoy utilizing their strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft platforms including Excel and Outlook is essential, as well as the ability to learn new software and technology. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
