Contract Administrator

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Contact Administrator!


The Contact Administrator at Symquest is responsible for preparing, analyzing, billing, maintaining contracts that involve the sale of services, equipment, supplies and/or products. Also responsible for interacting with customers internally and externally on service contract related issues.

Essential Job Functions

Major Goals/Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and update sales order management systems
  • Process invoices and credits for sales orders, projects and contracts
  • Set-up and continual maintenance to all contracts in the system
  • Collect meter data from clients for service contract billing
  • Maintain internal database systems
  •  Provide support to SymQuest Sales Representatives that includes, but is not limited to;

o   Updated relevant service rate/contract profitability information and reports as needed

o   Internal credit approvals and lease approvals

o   Produce client facing reports

  • Provide client support as it relates to billing questions/rates
  • Manage Lease portfolio and provide assistance with upload/download of data for billing/payments to and from leasing vendors
  • Coordinate third party deals
  • Scanning (imaging) of all deal paperwork to virtual file cabinets
  • Month End Reporting and processes
  • Managing email boxes to ensure timely responses to internal and external customers

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel (ability to create & maintain spreadsheets)
  • Strong customer service/relationship management skills with customers and co-workers
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to self-supervise daily activities and manage priorities
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Must be a quick learner and display initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in customer service, office, and phone work
