As a member of the Operations team at OnLogic, you have a quality mindset and will work hands-on with the team playing an integral role in scaling the manufacturing of our state of the art industrial computers. This is a new role with room to make a significant impact. You will help us develop the tools and processes needed to improve efficiency, while increasing the quality and reliability of the computer systems we build.

You thrive in a fast paced environment and are practiced in working with teams to prevent Operations down time, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time. You take a hands-on approach and actively identify continuous improvement opportunities.

On an average day, you’ll…

• Prevent Operations downtime and respond to escalations enabling quick restart of production and follow through with root cause and solution implementation.
• Validate new product readiness for production.
• Improve production and test processes for effective manufacturability.
• Create process documentation, training, and operating instructions as appropriate.
• Implement test automation tasks and develop new processes.
• Provide support where needed to keep operations running smoothly, including assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing customer returns.
• Responsible for customer escalations related to production quality issues.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and deliver on continuous improvements in product quality and the efficiency of our production processes.
