Client Onboarding Coordinator

The Client Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for partnering with customers through the transition of initial sales agreement to campaign launch. During this process dealership goals are obtained, a digital advertising strategy is defined, expectations are documented and campaigns are launched via the Advertising Management tool. The Client Onboarding Coordinator focuses on building trusting customer relationships that will support the Performance Manager & Sales to maintain and encourage future business, optimize revenue generation and maximize customer satisfaction post launch.

Your role: 

  • Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Performance Manager & Queue Coordinator) to review information pertinent to kicking off customer engagement    
  • Work with key decision makers for the dealership via inbound / outbound calls to define a digital advertising strategy that aligns with their goals & adheres to OEM guidelines
  • Execute advertising campaigns including paid search, display, social media & video ads 
  • Proactively investigate QA issues (bugs, technical issues, etc.) with campaign launches, product integration, third-party platforms, creative, and/or internal process to provide resolutions to issues
  • Act as a customer liaison for initial commit dates, changes and issue resolution
  • Stay abreast with digital & automotive best practices    
  • Stay abreast with OEM Brand & Program updates    
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Hourly pay rate is $12.32-26.97/hour.  
  • Hourly rate may vary outside of the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s experience.

Qualifications:

Required experience: 

  • 2+ years of account management, customer service or automotive experience 
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of a digital advertising strategy (Paid Search, Display, Social, etc.) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Highschool Diploma or GED 

What we look for: (Preferred)

  • BS/BA in related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Digital advertising certifications (Google Ads, Bing, etc.)  
  • Strong desire to strategize solutions with customers to achieve business goals  
  • Demonstrated knowledge in using Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Demonstrated knowledge in using Salesforce or a comparable CRM solution
