NPI Technology Management
As a member of our top-flight Canopy℠ team at NPI Technology Management, you will be a go-to for products and applications clients rely on every day. The team handles support requests, monitors network components, configures workstations and users, automates service delivery, reports on system health, and resolves issues.
As a Canopy Technician, you will:
- Resolve client issues efficiently and quickly
- Interact with clients over the phone and in person
- Have a full suite of state-of-the-art tools at your disposal, including software distribution, remote control, and remote monitoring and management tools
- Be exposed to a variety of technical issues
- Become the go-to person for specific products and technologies
- In some cases, be embedded at one or more client sites
This position:
- Salary range: $50,000 to $65,000
- Full-time
- Some positions hybrid work-from-home eligible after training period
- Evaluated based on client satisfaction, efficiency of work, and level of effort
Strongest candidates:
- Have excellent customer service instincts and are great communicators
- Have strong knowledge of Windows/PC applications and hardware
- Have a general knowledge of network infrastructure and TCP/IP
- Have at least one year of full-time IT work experience, or a related degree or certification
- Are Vermont residents
- Have a valid drivers’ license and good driving record
