Howard Center
Provide system support for Howard Center technology by performing regular maintenance tasks on various systems and assisting with the implementation of smaller infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
- Systems support
- Apply regular upgrades to operating system
- Work in partnership with the Help Desk and Engineering staff to resolve escalated support issues
- Participate in after-hours on call rotation
Requirements:
- One year of experience in a similar role
- Overall view of systems and how they are used by people
Structure:
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
- Exempt
- Starting at $62,591
