DominionTech is seeking a new team member who can help direct clients, potential clients, & vendors accordingly via phone, communicate with internal team members regarding such phone calls, and also manage a variety of administrative and accounting tasks in a self-sufficient manner.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage & Coordinate Incoming Calls
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct accordingly
  • Create and triage tickets for the service desk team from incoming phone calls
  • Ensure accurate & timely ticket management
  • Communicate client experience with leadership/appropriate team lead
  • Administrative tasks, as needed
  • Manage accounting tasks
  • Process weekly deposits
  • Errands and miscellaneous tasks as necessary
  • Order office supplies as needed

How Success Is Measured:

The ability and successful execution of the components of this position will be measured by the following:

  • Complete management of incoming phone calls during business hours, including the ability to follow and implement DominionTech’s SOPs for ticket creation & triage when necessary
  • Familiarity with DominionTech client base & vendor relationships
  • Accurate and timely record-keeping of accounting tasks & any shipping/receiving
  • Proactive communication with internal DominionTech team members
