Select Design is looking for an all-star account executive to join our team in Burlington, VT to drive new business for our Brandhub marketing platform. The ideal candidate is a self starter, and loves making new connections, learning about prospects’ challenges, and closing new business deals. This role will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation through the whole pipeline.

- Lead generation
- Leading discovery meetings to diagnose the challenges our prospects are facing
- Managing new deals from discovery to signing contracts
- Working closely with other departments at Select to help us successfully on-board new clients onto our Brandhub platform
- 1-2 successful years as a BDR engaged in lead generation activities in the B2B software or services sector
- 1-2 successful years as an AE managing a new business pipeline and meeting or exceeding quotas
- Willingness to learn and stretch yourself to reach ambitious goals
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate with the broader team
- Experience with the Diagnostic Sales process is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
